Quite Pleased
I will give this screen protector five stars. With one caveat. The instructions on the packaging are very cursory. Having said that, their customer service was excellent. Amazingly so, in fact. All my questions were answered fully and promptly. Their rep. even said they're working to improve that very issue.
As for the protector:
Installation went flawlessly and easily. Touch response, clarity, smoothness and fit are all nice. There is no edge interference with my Incipio case.
There's a thin black border around the edge of the protector that some may find objectionable but I don't. It doesn't interfere with the display at all and actually looks kind of nice once the screen's installed.
There's a slightly visible spot where the fingerprint ID is located but this is common to all the other glass protectors I looked at. It's not a big deal really and disappears when the screen is lit up. (I only mention this because some reviewers of similar protectors thought it was a big deal.)
The fingerprint ID works but can be a tad fussy. However, I will attribute this to Samsung's on-screen technology and NOT the protector. My wife and son both have trouble with the same model phone. And this is with Samsung's own preinstalled protector.
Bottom line. I definitely recommend this product.

AirPods Gloss
Awesome product. Adds zero weight to the AirPods and fits like a glove. Was debating between purcarbon and simplycarbonfiber.com but price was better here and it didn’t have a logo. Would buy again and definitely will recommend to friends.

Series 5 Ceramic
Bought this for my ceramic 5 series. Doesn’t fit as perfect as I would like. I didn’t see any reviews for a ceramic 5 series and after doing some research I figured I would take the leap. There is a little play on both sides as it won’t sit flush. Hope you guys make one to fit the ceramic model perfectly. Other then that the cover looks and feels amazing like everyone else has stated and I like the carbon fiber with the white accent. Hope this helps anyone else with a ceramic 5 series when looking to purchase.
Thanks for the feedback on the case. We've tested it on all series 5 variants and never had any issues, but clearly that was not your experience. We'll have a look at the ceramic version again to see if there's something preventing the case from fitting perfectly. In the meantime, we'd be happy to send you a new case in exchange for yours so we can test the one you received.
